1. Services Offered
We provide AI-powered content creation, automation, and digital services tailored for businesses and individuals. Full details of services are outlined on our site and custom quotes are offered upon request.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the AI-generated work created specifically for a client becomes their intellectual property. AIDonePro retains the right to showcase anonymised samples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested.
3. Payments & Pricing
All pricing is listed in GBP and subject to change without notice. Projects require either full payment upfront or a deposit, as agreed in writing. Late payments may result in service delays or termination.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
If the Customer wishes to cancel the Agreement after it has sent the signed order form to the Company, the Customer must send written notice of cancellation to the Company within 7 days from the original date of signing the Order. The Customer must pay 35% of the full value of the Order (including VAT) to the Company within 7 days after cancellation. Notice of cancellation may be sent by post, facsimile or email and in the case of e-mail on receipt by the sender of a “read receipt. If the Database(s) has already been dispatched by the Company the cancellation notice will not be processed or indeed accepted by the Company.
Any refunds or cancellations need to be agreed within 28 days of any campaign starting. After this time no refunds will be issued.
5. Use of Services
You must not use our services for any unlawful activity, hate speech, fraud, or promotion of violence. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any project that violates these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of AI-generated content or services. You are responsible for how the content is used or published.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions. Any updates will be posted on this page and your continued use of the site confirms your acceptance.
